Electric:

110/220VAC - Currently, plans call for a Diesel powered genset mounted in the engine room. It will primarily be used for heavy loads like cooking and laundry or when serious A/C or welding is needed. For normal power while underway twin 2kw inverters will be used.

I have found a nice affordable 24KW Generator but will have to find a decent 30 - 40hp diesel to run it. This will allow me to eliminate the need for butane (cooking/laundry) which I really do not want.

12VDC - A Battery pack under the genset, will be charged from the main engine or a charger when the genset is operational.
Some lighting will be provided by 12VDC fixturing.

Fuel:
Current plans are for 12 (2 rows of 6ea) 55 gal drums (because of availability) mounted amidships.
Full fuel load is 660 gal. Each barrel is secured in it's own cradle and connected in parallel with it's neighbors via large diameter fill pipe(top) with vent and 1/2"-3/4" drain pipe(bottom). Fuel is routed over the bulkhead aft to the engine room filter/separator etc.
I really don't like the barrel configuration. I'm considering either replacing this setup with 3 330 gallon surplus butane tanks of constructing a built in fuel tank in the 700 - 1000 gallon range.
Fresh Water:

Plans call for a 2 - 300 gallon center mounted water tank(s). A 12v pump (in-hand) will supply both decks.

A 10 gallon pressure vessel between the pump and the hot water heater and the cold supply will reduce pump cycling.

A water filtration/purification system to top off the tanks while underway is being considered.

I am considering several methods of heating water. Normal 220vac from the generator, engine heat while underway, solar or a combination of all three.

Waste Water

Black Water: Standard RV type 50-75 gallon mounted to the underside of the lower deck directly below the head. Standard RV type 3" plumbing with valve/cap to empty at dumping station

Gray Water: One 55 gal. barrel with a pump to dump overboard while underway.
A crossover valve is included to Black water tank to flush that tank during it's dump cycle.
